First of All, Puerto Rico is amazing.  I can’t believe we didn’t think of coming to PR earlier, its was by far the best vacation I’ve been on.  I’ve been to Costa Rica, Cancun, The Cayman Islands, San Diego, Panama City & Miami, and staying at your rental Apartment in Condado, PR was the best.  The gated entrance and parking spot was very important because we rented a vehicle.  I am always skeptical of looking at pictures of places and making a decision based on that, because you aren’t guaranteed that those are even pictures of the location your locating at renting.  The pictures of this place was exactly how we imagined it would be.  Great location too.  Just a minute walk away from the beach, and right off the interstate was good too.  There was a 24 hour grocery store, a pharmacy, a restaurant all within a few seconds walk.  We asked if there was an iron, hangers and a cd-player, he told us there wasn’t, but when we got there he provided those for us and even bought a toaster too.  We are huge music fans so the cd-player was extra cool.  We grilled out in the back and truly enjoyed ourselves.  The only downside was that the Jacuzzi wasn’t working properly at the time, but I’m sure that will be fixed soon.  It’s Puerto Rico, jump in the Ocean!  Overall I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to visit Puerto Rico, you can’t draw it up better than this, Thanks Victor.

Thanks again, Victor, for a wonderful stay at Las Marias!  We were initially a bit hesitant about booking the apartment over the Internet and paying the full cost in advance, wondering if the place would actually be as described and as pictured. But your pleasant and professional manner in email correspondence and phone conversations convinced us to take a chance. 

We weren't disappointed.  The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and stylish.  We loved the high ceilings; the mix of antique and contemporary furnishings; the convenient, safe, peaceful location; the secure parking; the attractive outdoor patio; the plentiful hot water in the shower; and the special bonus of a washer & dryer!  Even the dishes were much nicer than in a typical rental, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch.

 

If we had to quibble about anything, it would be the sticky door to the master bedroom that wouldn't shut tight, and a bit of noise (the guests upstairs woke us a couple of times with slamming doors and loud conversation).  However, most nights we heard nothing but the occasional chirping of coqui frogs.

 

All in all, we found your apartment to be a great value for our family of four and a great base for exploring the area.  We will definitely recommend it to others, and we look forward to coming back ourselves.
